Draft and publish a strategy article about future atproto/Bluesky support.

Angle: Slugkit should treat atproto as optional outbound distribution and identity, not as a replacement for the canonical website.

Slugkit site remains canonical.
atproto/Bluesky as syndication surface.
Domain handles and DID setup.
Cross-posting articles, links, and notes.
Storing per-post syndication state.
Why self-hosting a PDS and custom lexicons are deferred.
